If you are not satisfied with the progress of the design process within 30 days of the project start date, or if I fail to produce architectural documents which are sufficient to obtain a building permit, no worries: I will refund the fee for my work on your project.

Architectural documents, such as building drawings, are rarely the only necessary submitted items in a building permit application. The requirements vary by location, but some other commonly required items are geohazard assessments, stormwater drainage plans, and utility plans. Ancient Paths Architecture is not responsible for any failures of another party, including those providing other documents required to obtain a building permit.

Don't worry: soon after your project starts, I will distinguish to you the documents I will provide from the minimum other documents needed to submit a building permit application.
